Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance

• Review and ensure all FM processes, SOPs, EOPs, workflows, and checklists comply with ISO standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

• Validate that operational activities align with approved procedures and the QMS framework.

• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance policies and guidelines.

2. QMS Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS 564 documentation and compliance.

• Participate in QMS reviews, gap analysis, and process enhancement initiatives.

• Coordinate change management for document revisions, version control, and procedural updates.

3. Audit & Compliance Monitoring

• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits, compliance assessments, and vendor audits.

• Track audit findings, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.

• Verify vendor service reports, statutory compliance certificates, and maintenance documentation.

4. Data Validation & Performance Monitoring

• Analyse FM performance metrics such as PPM completion, incident response times, SLA compliance, energy consumption, downtime, and operational trends.

• Validate accuracy of CMMS/CAFM entries, inspection logs, permit-to-work records, and maintenance data.

• Prepare QA dashboards and reports for management and clients.

5. Vendor & Contractor Assurance

• Ensure vendor processes, method statements, competencies, and documentation meet QA expectations before work execution.

• Conduct random checks to ensure alignment to contract specifications and safety requirements.

• Review and ensure close-out of service reports, service quality issues, and material compliance.

6. Incident & Risk Governance

• Support root cause analysis for incidents, faults, and non-conformances.

• Track incident trends and recommend preventive measures.

• Maintain accurate records for incident reports, near-miss logs, and risk registers.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QA records, audit logs, compliance matrices, risk logs, and QMS documents.

• Prepare weekly/monthly QA reports highlighting issues, recurring gaps, audit results, and corrective actions.

• Ensure documentation readiness for client audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, Quality, or related engineering disciplines.

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certificate is an advantage.

• Familiarity with TIA-942, SS 564, SS 553, SS 568, and DC/mission-critical standards is beneficial.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in FM, building services, QA/QC, industrial operations, or critical infrastructure.

• Experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities is preferred.

• Knowledge of key M&E systems (GRUPS, generator, chillers, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH, BMS) is desirable.

Skills

About the Role

The Purchasing / Planning Support Executive is responsible for supporting procurement and material planning operations to ensure smooth and reliable supply chain execution.

We are looking for a hands-on and analytical marketer to support and grow our membership and loyalty ecosystem. This role is responsible for executing lifecycle strategies, improving member engagement, and contributing to the commercial performance of the loyalty programme.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, revenue, operations, and finance to strengthen member acquisition, engagement, and retention through CRM and marketing automation.

Loyalty Program Management

• Support the development and execution of the loyalty program roadmaps to drive member growth and repeat stays

• Monitor programme KPIs including member acquisition, activation, retention, tier progression, and revenue contribution

• Manage day-to-day operations of programs including member enrolment flows, benefits configuration, and campaign setup

• Track points accrual and redemption trends, and support liability monitoring and breakage analysis in partnership with Finance

• Assist in evaluating programme enhancements based on performance data and competitor benchmarking

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

• Maintain tunnel washer, washer extractor and dryers to keep laundry machinery and equipment in operational condition.

• Troubleshoot and repair inoperative machines.

• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machine ductwork and related equipment.
