About the Role
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to support our training operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to gain hands-on experience in training coordination and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with learners, trainers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
Provide support to learners and corporate clients via phone, email, and walk-ins
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities
Assist in classroom facilitation and coordination
Prepare training/course materials
Perform administrative duties (attendance tracking, evaluations, document filing, etc.)
Monitor and schedule training programmes to ensure compliance requirements are met
Support continuous improvement initiatives and training-related projects
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
