Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  Oversee day-to-day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control.
  
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution:Proactively address project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues.
  Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
  
• Resource Optimization:Optimize resource utilization through effective manpower planning, work scheduling, and cost management.
  Control expenses related to materials, labor, and machinery for both new and ongoing projects.
  
• Quality & Safety Assurance:Implement safe and efficient construction methodologies.
  Enforce project standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Other:Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field

Job Description:

• Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.
• Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
• Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
• Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
