Documentation Specialist / Shipping Assistant

职位简介 (Job Overview)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Specialist / Shipping Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for handling all shipping, customs, and freight documentation, ensuring smooth logistics operations and compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

主要职责 (Key Responsibilities)

• 单证处理 (Documentation): Prepare, check, and process shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and customs declaration forms. (准备、核对及处理货运单证，包括提单、发票、装箱单、原产地证明及海关申报单等。)

• 物流协调 (Logistics Coordination): Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and warehouse teams to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery. (与货运代理、承运商、船公司及仓库团队协调，确保货物按时清关和送达。)

• 海关申报 (Customs Clearance): Handle permit declarations (via TradeNet if applicable) and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations. (处理准证申报（如适用，通过 TradeNet），确保符合新加坡海关规定。)

• 系统录入 (Data Entry & Tracking): Maintain accurate shipping records, update internal systems, and track shipment statuses closely. (准确记录货运数据，更新内部系统，并密切跟踪货物状态。)

• 日常沟通 (Customer Service/Inquiries): Respond to internal and external logistics-related inquiries and resolve any documentation discrepancies or shipping delays promptly. (回复内部和外部有关物流的查询，及时解决单证差异或运输延迟问题。)

职位要求 (Job Requirements)

• 学历背景 (Education): Diploma/O-Level/N-Level or equivalent; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Maritime Studies is a plus. (大专/O水准/N水准或同等学历；物流、供应链或海事相关专业优先。)

• 工作经验 (Experience): Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping documentation, freight forwarding, or logistics. (至少1-2年货运单证、货代或物流行业相关工作经验。)

• 专业技能 (Skills):

  • Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and import/export documentation. (熟悉贸易术语（Incoterms）、海关程序及进出口单证流程。)

  • Experience with TradeNet declaration is highly advantageous. (有 TradeNet 申报经验者优先考虑。)

• 个人特质 (Competencies): Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Meticulous with an eye for detail, able to work independently and under tight deadlines. (熟练操作办公软件。细心、认真，具备独立工作能力，能在紧凑的期限内完成任务。)

• 语言能力 (Language): Good command of English to communicate with various stakeholders. (具备良好的英文沟通能力，以便与各方协调沟通。)

工作地点 (Location): Raffles Place (CBD) - 5 minutes walk from Raffles Place MRT station (莱佛士坊市中心 - 距离莱佛士坊地铁站步行5分钟)

工作时间 (Working Hours): Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm (周一至周五，上午9:30至下午6:30)
