This role combines production support and development work, offering exposure to mission-critical platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and collaborate with business users to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support for mission-critical exchange systems
• Monitor daily production systems and ensure operational stability
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Work closely with business users to analyse requirements and propose solutions
• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements where required
• Support deployment activities and release management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development or application support

• Experience working in Linux/Unix environment

• Conduct daily surveillance of derivatives trading activities across relevant markets.
