About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized workplace. This role requires someone resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, temporary accommodations, and visa/work permit applications
• Administer office security access (door access system, access cards, after-hours support)
• Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and overall workspace upkeep
• Ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable office environment
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and visitor reception
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate meetings, events, town halls, and other office activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in office administration or similar role
• Strong understanding of office management processes and policies
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, adaptable, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel – VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables; PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
