2. Be familiar with & exercise proper trouble escalation, if the need arises
3. Perform on-the-job task when appropriate (as per training planning)

• Degree in any Engineering discipline, or Diploma in Engineering discipline with 2 years of engineering experience

Job Scope:

• Provide general patient care including hygiene support, assisted bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, and responding to patients’ needs

• Contribute to the development and expansion of applications within the assigned product group (e.g. machine vision and deep learning).
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales teams, and engineers to deliver effective solutions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for customers at beginner and intermediate levels.
• Share product knowledge and guide customers on usage and applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Computer Engineer or any related course of studies
