• Management of phones and tablets for staff
• Handling of the cleaning service company and its arrangement
• Cross functionality for Facility management tasks where required (facility maintenance schedule arrangements)

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or degree with working experience in general or purchasing administration
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
