You will be expected to:

• Account Management & Governance: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for strategic accounts, managing end-to-end program onboarding and resolving critical operational escalations.
• SOP & Compliance Alignment: Translate complex client quality protocols and compliance standards into robust internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global execution.
• Performance & SLA Tracking: Monitor account-specific KPIs, safeguard operational delivery, and ensure all services align with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Technical Quality Assurance: Facilitate report validation processes and coordinate with Technical and Coordination teams to calibrate inspector resources according to client requirements.
• Data Analytics & Business Reviews: Leverage supply chain data to generate high-impact weekly/monthly performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for client business reviews.

After receiving proper training/mentoring, you will be expected to:

• Create and update Audit Protocols: in collaboration with technical team Minimize the protocol edition time by using the most efficient method, ensure they meet client’s requirements and are well set-up for Auditor use.

• Maintain customer's data: maintain customer's audit data or extra system/platform to ensure the completion of the audit result and audit follow up status.

• Give a good service level: Reach the requirements and the deadlines of the different requests received from internal/external QIMA team members.

• Provide user experience feedback to the IT Product team so the tool is continuously getting shaped in the most meaningful/efficient way.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:

• Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
• Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures;
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.

Scope of the Role:

• Focus on remote countries: Data analysis of key performance indicators to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Training needs: Identify new and realignment requirements in collaboration with the Technical Team (Apparel inspections)
• Accelerate the completion of the revamped e-learning platform and align it with inspectors’ certification via the front-end
• Work closely with the Technical Team to prioritize and organize required training sessions
• Review country-specific reports and define action plans, with priority on remote countries
• Automation of One Sliders for inspections, priority remote countries first 
• ESG services: Contribute to delivering our Supply Chain Mapping and PO Traceability services
