Technical Service:
Assist the technical team with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pump systems, including booster pumps, sump pumps, and ejector pumps.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and spare parts at the workshop and customer locations.
Driving and Logistics: Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle to transport the technical team, equipment, and materials to and from job sites across Singapore.
Ensure timely arrival at appointments and adherence to designated schedules.
Conduct daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Assist in the collection and delivery of spare parts or other items as required.
Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of service jobs, vehicle usage, and delivery logs.
Communicate effectively with the service coordinator, team members, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
