Key Responsibilities

1) Experience that will demonstrate proficiency and ease with one or more programming languages, quality assurance, scripting languages and operating systems.

Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years specifically focused on Customer Service Management (CSM) module implementation and customization. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with App Engine development. Demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow CSM modules in enterprise.

Responsibilities:
