Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value client/s, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Role Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales target quarterly and yearly by consistently identifying new business opportunities within the assigned account/s, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals effectively. To expand the business of the assigned key account/s by 2 times for the first year.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
• Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Solution Consultation: Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions that align with business objectives.
• Account Health & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring account health, addressing client issues proactively, and driving retention strategies.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates on account activities, ensuring senior management has visibility into performance and key account status.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work in harmony and closely with marketing, product development, and support teams onsite and offsite to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to the key client/s.
• CRM update: Consistently update accurate records of prospects and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups are timely and organized.
• Provide Value and Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or sales in the IT solutions, technology, or consulting industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Has strong EQ and strong relationship-building skills with an ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on B2B technology solutions.
• Familiarity with technology like network, IT infrastructure, cloud technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Ability to code-switch to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders from internal and external including the C-levels.
• Ability to see both big picture and details in order to provide all aspect of the solution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions and overcome client challenges.

We are seeking a Drafter / Drawing Engineer to support project design, coordination, and construction. This role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD software, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of model data.

Key Responsibilities

• Use CAD software to provide drawing support to Engineers, including detailed drawings, sketches, layouts, and system diagrams.

• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.

• Ensure all drawings comply with site conditions, project requirements, and relevant standards.

• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.

• Attend site meetings and technical discussions when required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.

• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in drafting of M&E/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.

• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office.

• Able to read and interpret drawings.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Positive working attitude and a good team player.
