We’re looking for an experienced Head of Cloud Technology to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensuring platform scalability and security, and aligning cloud strategy with business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company’s cloud services strategy, including architecture standards, service offerings, and technical roadmaps.

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end cloud solutions, including migration, modernisation, and managed services.

• Drive best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code across all projects.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements relevant to enterprise and clients.

• Establish and continuously improve service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and operational processes.

• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering, with leadership experience focused on cloud technologies.

• Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP). Multi-cloud experience is a plus.

• Proven track record in delivering cloud migration, managed services, and enterprise cloud solutions.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform), DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of cloud security and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing - Generate and analyze various data sets from live databases to produce statistical insights related to trading activities.

• Risk Analysis - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments regarding system functionalities and the company's market exposure.

• Trade Management - Oversee trade executions, perform regular accuracy checks, and identify sharp flow and toxic trading behavior.

• In house Tool Development - Engage in research, development, and enhancement of our in-house risk management systems after gaining a thorough understanding of our operations and exhibiting expertise.

General Responsibilities:

• System Oversight - Ensure pricing consistency and stable connectivity across client interfaces and external service providers.

• Product Development - Continuously work on expanding and refining the company’s array of financial products to strengthen our presence in the market.

• Interdepartmental Support - Provide back-office support to various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance without direct client interaction.
  

Key Skills & Experience:

• Commitment to shift work is essential.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AI ,MYSQL and Python is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader platform is beneficial, as is familiarity with technology solutions from vendors such as PrimeXM and OneZero.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
