Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap & Advisory: Partner with client IT leadership to align DCS ("Distributed Control System") technology with their business goals.
• Operational Health Oversight: Regularly analyze the client’s DCS environment to provide proactive recommendations on performance, capacity, and security hardening.
• Upgrade & Lifecycle Planning: Lead the planning for major version migrations and ensure the client stays within supported hardware/software compatibility.
• Incident Escalation Management: As a Commander during incident; liaise and coordination with the Huawei internal support for the resolution.
• Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR): present professional reports on uptime, capacity management, service management, lifecycle management, incident management and risk management to client stakeholders.
• Knowledge Transfer: KT session with conduct a workshops for the client’s technical team on new DCS features and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service management or technical account management.
• In-depth knowledge of Huawei DCS solutions: FusionCube, OceanStor, FusionServer, FusionSphere.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); capable of leading meetings and writing reports.
• ITIL, PMP or HCIE-Cloud certification is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities: - 

• Conduct Environment Assessments: Perform comprehensive audits of existing virtualization environments to inventory VMs, storage utilization, and network dependencies using tools like Migration Director for Virtualization, ensuring full visibility into migration readiness.
• Design Target DCS Architecture: Define the target Huawei DCS solution architecture, including Fusion Compute(FC) version selection, CNA node configuration, cluster sizing, and DRS (Dynamic Resource Scheduler) policies for new deployments.
• Plan Application Migrations: Map application interdependencies and traffic flows to design phased, zero-downtime migration strategies, leveraging online migration techniques such as Storage vMotion and live VM migration.        
• Lead Greenfield Deployments: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Huawei DCS at new sites, including installation of CNA hosts, VRM management nodes, storage integration (e.g., OceanStor Dorado via FC SAN), and multi-path configuration with UltraPath.
• Validate System Performance & Stability: Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that the new environment meets SLA requirements for, availability, and failover capability, including HA and DRS functionality.
• Manage Workload Migration Execution: Direct the use of Huawei migration tools (MigrationDirector, StoragevMotion) to seamlessly move workloads from legacy platforms (e.g., VMware) to Huawei DCS with minimal disruption.
• Develop Technical Documentation: Deliver comprehensive "As-Built" documentation, network topology diagrams, and rollback procedures to ensure operational readiness and support long-term maintainability.
• Lead Cutover Decision-Making: Serve as the primary technical authority during Go/No-Go meetings, making real-time decisions based on system health, migration progress, and risk assessment to ensure successful workload transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SLA-Driven Incident Management: Respond to and resolve hardware and software alerts (Storage, Servers, Backups) within the client’s contracted response times.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled health checks, firmware updates, and physical hardware audits at client data centers to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Storage Administration: Perform routine storage tasks across platforms (e.g., LUN provisioning, volume expansion, mapping/masking, and snapshot management).
• Client Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, professional updates to clients during and after maintenance activities.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Assist the Technical Lead in investigating RCA reports after major incidents to identify the underlying cause and prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a Field Engineer, Data Center Technician, or MSP Engineer role.
• Hands-on with server hardware
• Understanding of storage fundamentals: LUN, RAID, SAN/NAS, iSCSI.
• Proficient in using iBMC, SmartKit, or similar diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to work on-call or during non-business hours.
• Good written and spoken English; able to read technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the end-to-end maintenance of Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS/Flash), server hardware, and virtualization layers.
• Preventative Strategy: Shift the team from "reactive" to "proactive" by implementing robust monitoring, firmware patch management, and predictive failure analysis.
• Incident Management: Lead the technical response during "Severity 1" outages, performing deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Risk & Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end Hardware Lifecycle Management (LCM), including proactive identification of EoL equipment.
• Capacity Planning: Monitor storage growth and compute trends to ensure the business maintain in optimal performance buffers.
• Team Mentorship: Supervise a team of technicians/engineers, conducting code reviews, technical training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years in a leadership
• Deep knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN), iSCSI, Fiber Channel, and high-availability clusters.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
• Good communication skills; able to coordinate with customer IT teams.
• Relevant certs such as HCIE-storage certificate is value added

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute DCS ("Distributed Control System") migration projects involving server and storage system relocation and deployment.
• Perform physical-to-virtual (P2V) or virtual-to-virtual (V2V) migrations using FusionSphere.
• Configure storage LUNs, multipathing, snapshots, and clones.
• Validate data consistency and application functionality post-migration.
• Develop automation scripts (Python/Ansible) to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Participate in cutover operations during maintenance windows (nights/weekends).
