Roles & Responsibilities

• Arrange and conducts material and installation inspection
• Prepares the project quality plan and inspection and test plan
• Prepares material submittals for Client’s approval
• Assists the project manager on the method of statement preparation
• Oversee the overall on-site quality aspect of the project and ensure that the project team adheres to the requirement stipulated in the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Manage quality documentation such as certificates, test results and non-conformance reports are properly maintained and controlled
• Collaborate with the site team to resolve problems and prevent future defects
• Review of project specification ensuring the material proposed are complying to the specification
• Report any non-conformance (NC) and issue corrective actions (CAR)
• Prepares response for any non-conformities issued

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of local QA/QC experience in civil/architectural works
• Strong knowledge in QA/QC tools and procedures
• Knowledge in ISO 9001
• With leadership, strong documentation, communication and organisation skills
• Knowledgeable in local authority requirement
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience, preferably in façade, metal/aluminium or roofing projects.              
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, ACMV, M&E coordination, and EHS requirements.
• Familiar with Singapore authority and compliance requirements (i.e. BCA, SCDF, URA, NEA etc.) and the CSC/TOP process.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage site coordination, contractors, and construction schedules effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager and Management stakeholders in overseeing and managing construction works.
• Coordinate, attend, and support site meetings with QPs, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical advice on construction materials, methods, workmanship, and QAQC works.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure works are completed within approved schedule and budget.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Oversee and ensure EHS compliance in accordance with WSH regulations and company standards.
• Assist in managing site coordination issues, RFIs, variation works, and technical clarifications.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and preparation of documentation for CSC/TOP submission.
• Assist in project close-out, handover, and defect rectification activities.

• Ensure quality: Meet client expectations and regulatory compliances, approving work schedules and liaising with architects and consultants.
• Control costs: Monitor the preliminary cost budget, implement control measures, and manage direct labour costs effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs for tenders and on-going projects
• Prepare cost estimation and submit tender quotations, ensuring all tender timelines are met
• Source quotations, rates, and technical data during tender stages based on project-specific requirements
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost and technical compliance
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare subcontract agreements or letters of award

Job Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with any main contractors, consultants, PE engineers, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions.
• Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Proficient in computer skills with good working knowledge of 2D & 3D AutoCad.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Roles and responsibilities

• To lead and manage a team of designers and cad operators.
• To lead team to develop construction drawing include concrete body plan, including architecture shop drawing in accordance to contract requirements.
• To review and comment on various shop drawings and technical documents based on the consultant and main contractor design drawings and specification and submit them for main contractor’s approval in line with baseline programme.
• To communicate with construction team and give necessary support for site issues related to technical design matters to them.
• To monitor status of shop drawings, RFIs, technical documents and highlight any delays to the main contractor with reasons for the delay timely manner.
• Carry out design coordination and interface with project consultants and sub-contractors for shop drawing preparation.        
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and technical documents for Consultants and Main Contractors approval in line with baseline programme.
• Ensure that the technical team comply with the code of practice and regulations as well as contract requirement.
• Provide technical support to other teams.
• Oversee the progress of the shop drawing work and technical submission.
• Highlight any delays including causes to technical manager timely manner. 
• Attend external stakeholders meetings include progress meeting, technical meeting, pre consultation with authority, subcontractor and specialist meeting pertaining technical matter, internal coordination meeting.
• Organize meeting with Authority and consultant to resolve compliance and technical matter.
• Resolve technical issues and site conflicts include submit RFI, RFA and technical proposal for ease of construction.
