Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Membership Liason & Operations Support to manage members of a private social club while providing operational support to restaurant operations. An ideal candidate must be fun, engaging, and have excellent interpersonal skills in managing member relationships. A prerequiste of this position also include detail-oriented and adaquate skills with office programes. Related work experience in relationship management with membership program is a great asset. Restaurant operations experience will work as an advantage in this position as well.
Responsibilities
1. Membership Relationship Management
• Serve as a concierge for members of a private social club and maintain regular, timely and effective communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through attentive follow-ups and
professional engagement
• Respond promptly to members’ enquiries, messages, RSVPs and restaurant booking requests
• Proactively remind members of their benefits, usage timelines and available entitlements and redemptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and profiles
• Coordinate member benefits, bookings, seasonal offerings and basic inventory /
consumption tracking
• Work as a liason between members as well as members to service team, including but not limited to restaurant staff, chauffeur team and other service teams.
2. Operations Support
• Support and coordinate daily restaurant operations, acting as a central point of contact across departments
• Manage supplier-related matters, including statement reconciliation and timely submission for payment
• Coordinate inventory stock takes and maintain basic inventory records in collaboration with relevant teams
• Manage POS backend administration, including menu and promotion updates, daily sales reconciliation and basic troubleshooting (e.g. incorrect payment mode entries)
• Manage petty cash in accordance with company procedures, including expense recording and reconciliation
• Coordinate routine restaurant maintenance in accordance with company requirements
• Liaise with contractors and ensure servicing schedules are complied with
3. Other Duties
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
• Provide day-to-day support to staff and contribute to a positive working
environment.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or F&B-related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in relationship management, administrative support while experience with restaurant operations is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and members).
,• Experience working in member clubs or hospitality settings is most advantageous!
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe, Corel) for posters, menus, etc., are a plus.
