Accounts Function:
· Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including payment processing and vouchers
· Process petty cash claims and maintain accurate records
· Update daily foreign exchange rates for internal reference
· Maintain inventory records and Goods Received Notes (GRN); assist in stock take
· Ensure proper documentation for import / export GST permits
· Assist in GST submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
· Support month-end and year-end closing, including audit schedules
· Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
· Manage invoices, correspondence, and general administrative duties
Human Resource Function:
· Assist in full spectrum if HR matters and supporting recruitment/hiring process, on-boarding and off-boarding
· Administer and monitoring of various MOM matters such as work pass management, tax clearance, leave management and attending to staff enquiries
· Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and audit requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma, LCCI, A-Level or equivalent qualification in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
· 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting/HR is preferred
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
