Identify issues where discrepancies occur during design production.
Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4D simulation.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of BIM experience in main contractors
Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes

Support project execution by planning and coordinating M&E works, managing site programs, and resolving technical issues to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and execute mechanical and electrical (M&E) works with comprehensive knowledge and experience
Interpret and apply technical elements such as BIM, drawings, and specifications to project tasks
Perform construction planning and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects
Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports
Prepare, monitor, and review site work programs to ensure timely progress
Plan and schedule project works and allocate resources effectively
Lead and resolve on-site technical and engineering matters to maintain project quality and safety
Ensure all works comply with company ISO standards and contractual requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least two years of relevant project handling experience
