MajorForm is a brand and performance marketing agency that helps brands grow through high-performing content, social media, and social commerce.
We work with a range of brands, from pet brands and skincare companies to education and lifestyle businesses, producing content and campaigns designed to perform across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and livestream commerce.
We are looking for an Account & Operations Manager to help manage client relationships, coordinate content production, and support our livestream operations. This is a hybrid role suited for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Client & Account Management
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts (typically 2–3 accounts)
- Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Translate client requests into clear briefs for the creative team
- Ensure projects move smoothly from concept to delivery
Content Production Coordination
- Help manage the content production workflow (planning, shoots, editing, posting)
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Organise feedback from clients and ensure revisions are implemented
- Maintain clear documentation across Google Workspace tools
Livestream Operations Support
- Assist with livestream coordination and administration
- Support scheduling, product setup, and backend preparation for livestream sessions
- Monitor livestream performance and support the team during live sessions
Internal Operations
- Help maintain organised project files and workflow
- Support reporting and campaign tracking when needed
- Identify ways to improve processes as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Agile and comfortable in a startup / growth environment
- Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, or social commerce
Working Style
As a small, growing team, we also maintain flexibility where possible, schedules may shift slightly depending on production days or livestream timing capped at 3 days per week. Transport allowance and off-in-lieus are provided where applicable.
