Duties and Responsibilities
· Administer Bi-Monthly payroll
· Processing of work permits, employment pass and visa applications (including new, renewal and cancellation)
· Maintain attendance and leave records in the HR system
· Creation and maintenance of employee files
· Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as employee relations, payroll and benefits administration
· Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required
Qualifications / Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR role in Marine/Petrochemical Industry
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential
· Able to work independently and an eye for details
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in MS Office applications esp. Excel and Word
· People oriented and team player
