• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements at construction sites.
• Implement and monitor environmental management plans (EMP) and environmental control measures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure proper environmental practices are maintained.
• Monitor environmental parameters such as noise, dust, vibration, and water discharge to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify potential environmental risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of environmental monitoring, inspections, and reports.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on environmental awareness and compliance.
• Ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and housekeeping practices on site.
• Investigate environmental incidents, non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in HDB projects
• Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities, including subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on site matters and project coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by the Company.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and clean working environment on site.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural) or Building equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of practical working experience in HDB / local building construction industry.
• Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
