What You’ll Be Doing:
The Master of the Stand: Taking ownership of our "Major Service" packages and custom builds.
The Problem Solver: Diagnosing tricky tech issues and giving bikes a new lease on life.
The Tech Expert: Leading our workshop standards and ensuring every bike that leaves the shop is "JanjiRide Certified."
Growing the Community: Chatting with our regulars and helping them understand how to keep their rides running perfectly.
What We’re Looking For:

The Experience: You’ve spent 2–3 years in a workshop and are ready to step up into a leadership role.
