About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, distribution, and security of inventory while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment. This role is responsible for maintaining stock integrity, supporting supply continuity to Production, and managing transport operations between the factory and 3PL providers.

You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while maintaining warehouse facilities, equipment, and administrative processes such as inventory control and reporting.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management:
   Ensure stock integrity through FEFO/FIFO rotation and allergen-based storage protocols, maintain supply flow to Production, conduct cycle counts, manage inward goods and quarantine stock, and maintain efficient storage utilisation in a clean, pest-free environment.
2. Transport Management:
   Organise domestic transport between the factory and 3PLs, reconcile dispatch and receiving variances, and optimise distribution to balance cost, lead time, and customer service outcomes.
3. People Management:
   Train, roster, and allocate tasks to staff, ensure licensing and safety training compliance, monitor performance and timekeeping, conduct Toolbox meetings, and foster a culture aligned with the Jack Link’s Way.
4. Health & Safety:
   Report incidents and risks through HSE systems, escalate emergencies, ensure PPE compliance, promote adherence to safety procedures, and continuously improve processes.
5. General Operations:
   Collaborate with internal stakeholders, develop and maintain Warehouse SOPs, support warehouse systems and administration, and manage the condition and maintenance of pallets, racking, and warehouse assets.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Total Rewards & People Services Business Partner to join our HR team in Sydney or Casino, NSW, Australia or Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of payroll operations, remuneration processes, employee benefits, and people administration across the organisation.

Working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, this role ensures payroll accuracy, reward competitiveness, and well-governed people processes that support business performance and a positive employee experience. You will combine operational excellence with analytical insight to drive data-informed reward decisions and scalable HR processes.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

1. Payroll Operations & Governance: Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery. Manage UKG Workforce Management (Kronos) and One View systems, maintain payroll calendars and reconciliations, and partner with Finance to ensure strong governance, audit readiness, and data integrity.

2. Total Rewards Strategy & Remuneration Reviews: Lead annual and ad-hoc remuneration review processes including planning, benchmarking, governance, and reporting. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, fair, and well-informed remuneration and benefits decisions.

3. Benefits & Recognition Programs: Manage and continuously improve employee benefits and recognition programs, ensuring effective administration, strong governance, and clear communication across the organisation.

4. HR Operations & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across HR administration, payroll, and people systems by simplifying processes, improving system utilisation, and maintaining clear procedures and governance controls.

5. Data, Reporting & Insights: Maintain HR and payroll data integrity and produce regular reporting on payroll, remuneration, and benefits. Analyse trends and partner with HR and Finance to support data-driven insights and compliance reporting.
