The team is responsible for the monitoring/supporting of our windows infrastructure, Citrix VDI platform, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications as well as resolving direct technical issues across a global platform of end-users including investment professionals, middle & back-office employees, and technologists. This role is hands-on and would allow the opportunity to work on both front-end support as well as back-end engineering while focused on continuously improving user experience. The End User Services Engineer will be part of a global EUS team, while primary office coverage for the Singapore office.
