Job Description & Requirements

• Provide admin support for sales teams and customers.
• Attend to daily customer enquiries and resolve any potential issue.
• Handle quotations, order processing and invoicing.
• Manage and support daily operations on purchasing, work at sites issues and updating work status.
• Co-ordinate and implement projects in timely manner to ensure schedule and requirements are met.
• Source for necessary vendors/suppliers and update vendor list.
• Maintain proper record and filling system.
• Create and maintain monthly sales forecast and reporting.
• Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge in MS-office (Word, Excel)
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with clients
• Min 3 years or relevant experience
• Start work immediately or within short notice

1. Quantity take-off based on client requirements and drawings.

2. Prepare BOQ and tender documents.

3. Cost estimation based on quantity take-off and labour (total man hours required for each section).

4. Identify gaps between BOQ and drawings/specifications and make necessary logical suggestions.

5. Source for subcon for quotations.

6. After shortlisting subcons, meet subcons on site to ensure BOQ, PO and invoices are aligned with actual site requirements.

7. Arrange work schedule with all contractors.

8. Monitor and control costs throughout the project.

9. Participate in the pre-tendering activities with client, architect and project managers.

10. Coordination with the design team in analysing architectural and service drawings.

11. Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.

12. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
2. Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations in Singapore.
3. Proficiency in cost estimation and management.
4. Able to travel to job sites at least once a week and when necessary.
5. Responsible and takes ownership of the project.
6. Fluency in English.

• Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

• Carry out site inspection at job sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues at job sites.
• Prepare reports and quotations.
• Maintain existing customer base and aim to achieve sales revenue and profitability.
• Ensure prompt follow up to customer request, work progress and defects work.
• Ensure timely collection of overdue payment from customers.
• Generate sales forecast and report on performance.
• Work closely with various department to deliver profession service to our residential and commercial customers.
