Job Description:

• Maintain valid NAS410/EN4179 or equivalent Level II certification in required NDT methods.
• Perform NDT system checks, write techniques, and conduct inspections in line with customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure calibration of NDT equipment and validity of chemical consumables before use.
• Generate and issue NDT inspection reports.
• Manage NDT consumables inventory with full traceability of batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Maintain NDT documentation, including techniques, chemical records, process performance, reports, and job records.
• Oversee NDT facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
• Maintain D1 Rating certifying staff requirements if appointed by the company.
• Carry out other jobs and tasks required by superior or company.

Requirements:

• NITEC qualification in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
• Qualified NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) with MPI/FPI Method.
• At least 2 years' experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components.
• Candidate who passed M10, CO1CAAS paper will be advantage.
• Salary range is commensurate with experience.
• Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement.

1. Quality Inspection &Monitoring

• Plan and perform inspections for materials with inspectors
• Ensure products meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Identify and highlight defects, non-conformance, or deviations
• Ensure Non-destructive testing planned and conducted

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality track records
• Document control on certificates, test results, and reports

3. Non-Conformance Handling

• Report quality issues to QAQC Engineer or Supervisor
• Support investigation of defects and root causes

4. Support Production Team

• Work closely with production to ensure quality compliance during operations
• Provide basic guidance to operators on quality requirements
• Help ensure proper handling and storage of materials

5. Tools, Equipment &Calibration

• Use measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
• Ensure inspection tools are properly maintained and calibrated
• Report any faulty or damaged equipment

Required and Work Condition

Inventory and Goods control

• Check in-coming and out-going packages tallied with documents
• Perform weekly inventory update in excel
• Monitor minimum stock levels and trigger replenishment
• Investigate and report stock variances

Material Issuance to Production

• Issue materials and consumables to workers
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure no production downtime due to material shortage

Warehouse Organization &Storage

• Ensure proper binning, labeling, and storage system
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Optimize space utilization for efficiency

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Prepare delivery documents (DO, packing list, etc.)
• Coordinate with drivers

·       Duties and Responsibilities:

•         Support in the full spectrum of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding etc.

•         Provide HR administrative support, such as administer work passes and employment contracts, process claims/invoices, prepare monthly reports and maintain personnel files and system records etc.

•         Provide HR solutions to management

•         Coordinate in-house courses, administer training budget and external course registrations

•         Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and compliance (WP, S Pass, EP) in accordance with MOM regulations.

•         Review and update details on benefits for employees, working with relevant agencies to choose the best option

•         Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and practices and handle day-to-day employee queries.

•         Plan and organise employee engagement activities.

•         Handle office administration matters, which includes employee travel management, procurement of office stationery, equipment and other supplies etc.

•         Support in other relevant duties as assigned.

•         Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in HR and Admin.

•         Good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage wide breath of generalist scope.
