Job Description
- Conduct pre-TOP inspections of completed residential housing units
- Handover of sold units to purchasers, includingbriefing on project features, facilities and procedures and guiding
- purchasers on lodging defect submissions via the Novadesystem.
- Conduct joint inspection with purchasers andcontractors to verify and record defects
- Coordinate defects rectification withpurchasers & contractors
- Monitor the progress closely and follow up with contractors to complete defects
- Conduct final inspection with purchasers once defects are completed for proper closure
- Attend to tenants or house owners’ enquiries or feedbacks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Building Services or related fields
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ relevant experience
- Customer-orientated, self-motivated and highly adaptable
- Good administrative and communication skills
