HR Responsibilities:
- Responsible for job postings, resume screening, interview invitations, salary negotiation and offer issuance.
- Manage and track employee attendance, probationary period and promotion, and handle new employee onboarding and departing procedures in accordance with the company’s Employee Handbook.
- Coordinate with the secretarial company to handle work visas and business visas for employees on business trips.
- Coordinate with the headquarters’ HR department to provide salary calculation related information and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the HR policies of the Singapore company.
- Review & approve staff claim in CRM System.
General Administration Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, e.g. Issue Invoice, Purchase Order, Delivery Order etc.
- Arrange flight and accommodation for staff members.
- Ad-hoc (customer reception assistance, stationery, cleaner arrangement, office supplies)
- Apply for licenses and related government grant (e.g. CAAS drone permit and BizSafe etc).
- Maintain company asset list.
- Preliminary review & input expenses in CRM system.
- Input all approved expenses & staff claim into internet banking.
- Emailed all income & expenses’ document to company’s bookkeeper by email end of each month.
- Organizing & filing all related soft & hard copy document for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of human resources experience or in similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (important) as working languages.
- Responsible, service-oriented, and possess teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of local labour law, practices & government benefit grants regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications are essential.
