Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Ops & Analytics, you will be collaborating with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product Analytics, and Finance to develop and implement strategies and tools for the Sales teams. Your focus will be on promoting and delivering services to Grab's ecosystem. You should be able to both strategize and execute plans alongside the Commercial and Sales Operations Team. In this dynamic environment, you will contribute to sales strategy, customer segmentation, process improvement, and business analytics.
This is a fully onsite role at our Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will act as a key partner for the Commercial Country Head and Country Sales Managers in MY/SG.
- You will lead the execution of country market planning and business reviews.
- You will analyze key sales and performance indicators to inform strategic and tactical decisions while ensuring sales forecast accuracy.
- You will support sales teams in monitoring and forecasting against quarterly targets for revenue and other KPIs.
- You will provide market and sales data intelligence to aid the sales team in forming strategic business cases.
- You will partner with sales leadership to define sales strategies and requirements for business systems.
- You will ensure integrity of sales and customer data by advocating proper usage of tools like Salesforce.
- You will coordinate with Regional Operations to enhance sales operations efficiency at the country level.
