Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical submissions in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Perform design analysis and checks to ensure safety, constructability, and compliance
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and contractors on design matters
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications
• Provide design support during construction, including addressing technical queries and site issues
• Assist with submissions to relevant authorities where required
• Maintain proper design records and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering design experience
• Proficient in engineering design software and drafting tools (e.g. AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Familiar with Singapore design codes, standards, and statutory requirements
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice, and project quality standards
• Inspect workmanship and materials used on site
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel on technical matters
• Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports
• Identify and report non-conformance, site issues, and deviations to the Qualified Person
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
• Registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience (viaduct structures, MRT projects or road works)
• Able to work independently and stationed full-time on site
• Workign area is at East side

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site supervision teams (including RTOs) for daily construction activities.
• Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards.
• Review and coordinate design, shop drawings, and contractors’ submissions.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control on site.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Ensure all works comply with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and review site reports, documentation, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered as a Resident Engineer (RE) with the IES Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, viaduct, or tunnel construction projects (preferably LTA projects).
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, local codes, and authority procedures.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team of RTOs effectively.
