Job Scope:

• Focus on market information, deeply understand industry trends, with the goal of enhancing the company's production and operational capabilities, as well as core competitiveness in molecular biology-related businesses in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Participate in optimizing and connecting the upstream and downstream processes of gene production, improving the operational efficiency and production efficiency of the entire process.
• Responsible for departmental process improvement and technological advancement, continually refining and optimizing processes and technologies in various modules, continuously improving service and product delivery levels, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Participate in maintaining and improving the quality of molecular biology-related products.
• Contribute to breaking down the goals of the group's molecular biology business line, optimizing performance evaluations and incentive plans, and establishing and optimizing internal and external training systems.
• Responsible for tracking key projects, conducting outcome acceptance, and evaluation.
• Participate in business communication related to molecular biology, actively engage in external client visits, and business promotion activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a molecular biology-related field, with more than 10 years of working experience in production-oriented enterprises in the life sciences services industry.
• At least 5 years of team management, able to effectively formulate and execute team goals, and cultivate potential team members.
• Familiar with the production processes of molecular biology-related products, project management knowledge, 5S management, skilled in process optimization.
• Possess strong communication, collaboration, problem analysis and solving, innovation, and project management skills.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of work responsibility and cost awareness, embraces innovation, continually advances, and achieves team goals
• Familiar with relevant regulations and standards, with solid experience in quality management and risk management.
• Experienced in international cooperation and project management, primarily involved in communicating and collaborating with business departments in the China region.
