1. Handle customer enquiries, receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.

2. Check availability of raw materials, initiate procurement of required raw materials as appropriate.

3. Monitor order status and keep customers informed of any changes to delivery schedules; address and resolve customers' complaints promptly.

4. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and ensure that customers are invoiced after all the documentations, e.g. delivery orders, are completed

1. Plan and schedule daily delivery trips in alignment with customers requirements and production output

2. Optimize routing and vehicle utilization to minimize trip delays and transportation costs

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant transport, safety and environmental regulations

4. Track key performance indicators,

Key Accountabilities

1. Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials, in process samples and finished goods

2. Prepare and issue production schedules, including process batch cards

3. Perform routine laboratroy analysis (e.g. pH, viscisity, density, titration, etc)

4. Monitor and verify batch production processes to ensure compliance with specifications

5. Maintain accurate and timely QC/QA documentation and records to ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal quality systems

6. Investigate and report non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions

7. Maintain proper housekeeping and calibration of laboratory equipment
