Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SalesSupport Assistant to join our dynamic FMCG team. This role plays a criticalpart in supporting the sales function by coordinating with internaldepartments, managing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth pre- andpost-sales process for both local and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Support:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, pricing, and product information.
Client Communication:
- Liaise with existing customers for order follow-up, product inquiries, and service updates.
- Handle basic customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments as needed.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports for internal review.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain export documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and regulatory requirements.
Internal Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Assist in preparing materials for sales presentations, exhibitions, and customer visits.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or sales admin role, preferably in FMCG or trading/import-export.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade practices is an advantage.
