Implementation Lead:

• Lead the architecture, design, development and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across complex banking and financial systems.

• Provide technical leadership for integration platforms and technologies, including Boomi, TIBCO, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, SOAP web services and middleware frameworks.

• Define integration standards, interface specifications, reusable components and technical design principles in alignment with enterprise architecture.

• Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, security and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable and reliable integration solutions.

• Manage end-to-end integration delivery, including design review, development, code quality, system integration testing, UAT, deployment and production support.

• Lead internal engineers and contractors, provide technical guidance, resolve complex integration issues and ensure delivery against project timelines and quality standards.

• Strong banking-domain experience, hands-on Java expertise and proven experience delivering large-scale integration programmes using Boomi and TIBCO are highly preferred.

2)          Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

3)          Good understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.

4)          Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case forcandidate.

5)          Experience in application support role for min 2 years for support orDevelopers

6)          Willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL

7)          Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and high-level design workshops, aligning technology roadmaps with business goals.

Deliver compelling presentations, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, BOMs, and SOWs to drive sales conversions.

Advise on routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security, and cloud networking to build scalable, future-ready infrastructures.

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure cost-optimized proposals, smooth handovers, and client success.
