Java Software Engineer

Summary:

Software Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant software engineering experience in Java, Javascript (React), Microservices, PostgreSQL and Kotlin
• Experience in AWS ECS, S3, Lambda will have added advantage

Full Stack Developer (C#)

Scope:

• Understand users’ requirements and translate them into application features
• Write high quality source code to program enhancements
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Respect the development standards
• Keep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologies
• Enrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority
• Self-organize continuous learning on the IT applications and landscape

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of relevant full stack development experience in C#, SQL Server, REST API in a Private Banking or Wealth Management project
• Advanced development in .NET Framework (including WCF & WPF) or ASP.NET
• Willing to work with other programming languages and frameworks where appropriate

Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements stated by the client and perform detail analysis
• Propose and implement the right technical solution/design
• Perform code/design reviews
• Create Test strategies in coordination with the QA Team
• Perform clear and concise status update to the respective stakeholder
• Review the deliverables as per the release management process
• Practicing Agile/Scrum methodology to plan and deliver work projects
• Involve in creating and improving the standard frameworks
• Creation of reusable components, Track and Manage reusable components
• Create and Improve the processes for the Technical Team, for coding, unit testing, release management, CR management

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of total work experience in .net programming
• Proficient in at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET) and experience in developing a .NET based web application
• Proficient in building a full stack application including UI, Logic, Workflows, Connection to backend systems using low code platforms
• Hands-on experience in using MS SQL Database
• Hands-on experience in configuring Web Servers and Application Servers.

Preferred/Desired Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS or Azure to host and run the applications
• Knowledge of cloud application development
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
