• Lead the full sales cycle to convert prospective employers into committed clients, achieving placement targets
• Analyze employer requirements and match them with suitable MDWs to maximize closing rates
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage documentation processing promptly and accurately
• Provide consistent after-sales support to clients to foster referrals and uphold the agency’s brand reputation
• Maintain professional communication and a client-focused approach throughout the sales process

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or agency experience
• Valid KAH or CEI certificate

• Facilitate and lead interviews between employers and MDWs to secure immediate, high-quality placements
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs to maximize earnings through an uncapped commission structure
• Manage all required documentation accurately to ensure a smooth and compliant closing process
• Demonstrate proactive, resilient, and persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and negotiate successfully

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold mandatory KAH or CEI Certification as required for MDW placement
