Job Description:
Responsible for meeting or exceeding the overall revenues/profitability objectives
Follows and adheres to the Group's sales methodology
Prepares proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and policies
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning
Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the industry
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers
Identifies and develops service improvement initiatives
Systematically analyses contracts, including revenue analysis and determination of fair market value for services offered
Negotiates and drafts proposals and contracts, including value and pricing optimisation.
Job Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Services
Possess strong leadership and organisational qualities.
Possess strong written and spoken communication skills.
