Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the facilities management team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery

• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites

• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance works, asset upkeep, and infrastructure improvement projects

• Supervise on-site contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards

• Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions where necessary

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the facilities management system

• Support project implementation, including site coordination, measurements, and progress monitoring

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, contract requirements, and operational procedures

• Provide support for staff onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare regular updates and reports for management and stakeholders on operational performance and maintenance activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or technical operations

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, and facilities operations

• Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and projects simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with local building regulations, workplace safety requirements, and facilities management best practices is an advantage

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable travelling frequently across multiple school sites within the Northeast region of Singapore

• Able to respond promptly to operational and maintenance issues during school operating hours

• Work Location: Northeast Region, Singapore

• Nature of Role: Frequent travel between assigned school sites is required

• School Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (support required during operational hours as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to laptops, servers, internal systems, web applications, and mainframe platforms.

• Respond to and manage user-reported technical issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.

• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 IT support and follow up to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

• Maintain and prepare regular reports on IT support activities for the team and supervisor.

• Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on IT systems and tools where necessary.

• Support ad-hoc IT initiatives, system implementations, or improvement projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimally a year of relevant experience

• Good time management and basic project coordination skills.

• Broad IT knowledge including laptops, phone systems, web platforms, software applications, and mainframe environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks to ensure lighting, projection, and audio systems are functioning properly
• Support daily show operations, including system testing, show execution, and projection setup
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate maintenance of multimedia equipment with contractors
• Assist in the upkeep and proper handling of technical tools and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of technical areas, including control rooms, catwalks, and back-of-house facilities
• Coordinate repair and maintenance works with relevant contractors and teams
• Ensure smooth and safe operation of all technical systems during shows
• Support ad-hoc technical and operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical operations, AV systems, or show production
• Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and projection systems
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot technical issues
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and during shifts, including evenings/weekends if required
• Good teamwork and communication skills
