Role Summary :

Responsible for overseeing office operations, facilities, and HR operational functions to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-managed workplace. This role includes office administration, vendor management, cost control, and HR operational support while working closely with different teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow across both administration and HR functions are encouraged to apply.

Office Operations & Facilities:

• Manage overall office operations and administrative functions
• Plan and manage office relocation, seating arrangements, space planning, and layout optimization to support efficient workspace utilization
• Oversee all office-related agreements, including tenancy agreements, utilities agreements (electricity, water, internet, etc.), maintenance contracts, and other office service agreements
• Coordinate with landlords, utility providers, and service vendors for renewals, compliance, and issue resolution
• Manage office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and workplace safety compliance
• Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor management (cleaning, security, pantry, IT support, etc.)
• Monitor and control office operating budget and expenses

HR Operations:

• Support HR operational processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage employee records, documentation, and HR filing systems
• Coordinate HR administration such as letters, confirmations, and internal HR updates
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll input support (if applicable)
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented in daily operations
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

General:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in office and HR operational efficiency
• Act as key liaison between management, employees, and external service providers

• Proven experience in office operations and HR administration (senior level)
• Strong experience in managing office agreements, utilities, and vendor contracts
• Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices

Role Overview

Responsible for internal sales enablement and cross-team operational training. This role delivers product, workflow, project management and efficiency training to frontline sales teams, and empowers Sales OPS team to standardize customer education and boost mid-sales operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales Team Enablement

• Develop and update standardized sales training courses and materials covering product knowledge, sales SOPs, project management and efficiency optimization. Identify team capability gaps, deliver targeted training and coaching, standardize sales practices and improve overall sales team productivity.

Sales OPS Team Enablement

• Upskill Sales OPS team on mid-sales operations, standardized customer education, customer communication and project coordination. Help streamline daily operations, improve customer-facing service quality, minimize operational risks and enhance cross-team collaboration.

Training Management & Iteration

• Monitor training effectiveness, compile training statistics and conduct regular outcome reviews. Collect team feedback, iterate training content aligned with product and process updates, and continuously optimize sales system capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Ops, or L&D
• Experience working closely with sales teams (B2B / FMCG / SaaS / retail preferred)
• Able to design, prepare and deliver training (not just coordinate)
• Strong understanding of sales process and sales KPIs
• Able to identify skill gaps and improve sales performance
• Good communication and presentation skills (English required; BM/Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Senior HRBP (Senior Manager / Associate director) with strong Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD) background.

This role will act as a due role of strategic partner to business leaders, while driving organisation design, talent capability building, and a high-performance culture to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong business acumen and experience in scaling organisations, developing leaders, and driving people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor on organisation, talent, and performance matters
• Translate business goals into actionable people strategies and execution plans

2. Organisational Development

• Lead organisation design, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned with growth strategy
• Drive organisational effectiveness, role clarity, and operating model optimisation
• Lead change management initiatives across transformation and scaling efforts

3. Talent Development & Leadership Capability

• Design and implement learning & development strategies to build critical capabilities
• Establish leadership development programmes and succession planning frameworks
• Drive onboarding, training, and career development pathways
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives

4. Organisation Culture (OC) & Engagement

• Define, drive, and embed company culture aligned with business strategy and core values
• Partner with leadership to build a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture
• Lead employee engagement initiatives (e.g. surveys, pulse checks, action planning)
• Translate culture into observable behaviours, rituals, and management practices
• Address cultural gaps and drive alignment across teams and markets

5. Performance Management & Culture

• Drive performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, appraisal cycles)
• Build a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture
• Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness and engagement
• Monitor and improve retention and talent outcomes

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop HRBP and OD/TD capabilities within the HR team
• Set priorities, OKRs, and development plans for the team
• Build a strong, commercially driven and business-oriented HR function.

7.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with COEs (TA, C&B) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Ensure consistency and scalability across markets and business units

• Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in HRBP, OD, and/or Talent Development
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience in organisation design, performance management, and L&D frameworks
• Open to consider candidates from OD & TD consulting background
• Experience in fast-paced / scaling environments (tech preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
