Lead and oversee the safety team and subcontractors to implement the Company’s safety system effectively on site
Communicate the latest MOM Safety updates to the project team to ensure compliance and awareness
Conduct thorough safety inspections and perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
Deliver safety training and toolbox meetings to all site workers to promote safe work practices
Support the implementation of safety programs at the workplace to enhance overall safety culture
Collaborate closely with site operations staff and the Project Manager to address all safety and health issues promptly
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project or Site Manager to support project safety objectives
