Job Summary:

What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for overall coordination and advancement of internal IT-related projects, liaising with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are implemented as planned.
• Manage the daily operations and continuous optimization of certain internal enterprise systems, including issue tracking, requirement gathering, change management, and service quality improvement.
• Maintain close communication with business departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Administration to understand their needs and facilitate the implementation of system solutions.
• Oversee daily collaboration and management of external vendors and implementation partners, including delivery follow-up, service quality management, SLA tracking, and issue escalation.
• Participate in establishing and optimizing IT service management mechanisms, including standardized management of processes such as incidents, problems, changes, and upgrades.
• Identify risks during project execution, track progress, coordinate issues, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project and system stability.
• Produce project-related documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and materials required by management to enhance project transparency and communication efficiency.
• Participate in internal system governance, process optimization, and related improvement projects to support overall corporate system operational efficiency.
• Support relevant system optimization, process review, and implementation according to business priorities.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within corporate or enterprise environments.

Job Summary:

What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the design and technical solution review and evaluation of electrical systems for new construction and renovation of data centers. Based on business requirements and combined with the architecture and technical characteristics of various systems (such as medium and low voltage systems, UPS systems, generator systems, etc.), provide architecture and solution designs, and guide the design institutes in the detailed construction design process. 
• Oversee the entire process of on-site bidding and tendering management for electrical systems, and manage design requirements both externally (with collaborative design institutes, power facility suppliers, etc.) and internally (with other departments within the company). Review and ensure the quality of construction drawings and specialized technical solutions provided by vendors. 
• Develop practical design standards, technical specifications, and workflows for electrical systems based on different project requirements and realistic conditions, and ensure their implementation. Responsible for the standardization, technical innovation, and iterations of electrical design. 
• Assist in the acceptance of various engineering phases and equipment related to electrical systems during projects. Cooperate in key equipment factory tests, installation, and final acceptance. Support testing and verification processes and provide technical assistance or guidance as needed. 
• Ensure the implementation of design deliverables, providing full-process support during project execution, and be competent in managing on-site construction for the projects. 
• Exhibit innovative thinking in project design and effectively resolve complex technical challenges encountered during the design process.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Automation, or related fields. 
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in the data center industry; possesses strong professional skills, capable of independently coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts for data center design; able to undertake the project design and management of medium and large-scale data centers. 
• Familiar with products and equipment involved in data center infrastructure integration, as well as various communication protocols; well-versed in domestic and international standards and guidelines related to data centers. Proficient in CAD, OFFICE, and other software. Possesses extensive experience in technical review and management; capable of independently conducting design, verification, and drawing reviews while solving technical issues during the design process. Demonstrates strong expertise in technical coordination, quality control, and the ability to establish relevant standards and specifications. 
• Able to adapt to international travel; possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly responsible at work; candidates with overseas work experience, intermediate-level or higher professional titles, or relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Product Marketing & Communications

• Lead product marketing initiatives for Bitdeer’s AI, including positioning, messaging, and content creation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral such as product decks, blogs, press releases, and partner announcements.

• Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ecosystem campaigns.

• Assist in measuring and reporting the impact of marketing initiatives and product campaigns.

Event & Community Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute key industry events, workshops, hackathons, and conferences in target regions.

• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: pre-event planning, on-site execution, post-event reporting, and ROI tracking.

• Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across all event touchpoints.

Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with strategic partners to co-create events and joint initiatives.

• Maintain clear communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support creation of event-related digital content in collaboration with design and communications teams.

Planning & Reporting

• Maintain an annual event calendar and marketing roadmap.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or corporate communications, ideally in B2B technology, fintech, or AI sectors.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience creating product marketing content and supporting product launches.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
