We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to deliver ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for Deeeplabs’ customers. In this role, you will configure and develop the platform to meet client requirements—building reliable workflows, integrations, and user experiences that improve service operations and business outcomes.
You will work directly with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, propose solution designs, and deliver high-quality outcomes across ITSM and related modules—following ServiceNow best practices and Deeeplabs delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and related capabilities as required
Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer/Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and data loads; ensure secure and reliable data exchange
Support CMDB processes (data model, CI classes, relationships, governance) and contribute to data quality initiatives
Execute SDLC activities: technical design, development, unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and deployment using update sets/applications
Provide post go-live support, troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and maintain implementation documentation/handovers
Requirements
Strong ServiceNow scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
Experience implementing integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) and handling authentication (e.g., OAuth)
