Job Summary
You will manage the Accounts Receivables function by processing invoices accurately and promptly, resolving discrepancies, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting overdue account management.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and ensure timely submission to support cash flow
- Follow up with relevant departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain data accuracy
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing overdue accounts by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
