Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist guest with their orders
• Assist with the daily opening and closing of the outlet
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with guest
• Make menu recommendations to guest with extensive menu knowledge
• Ensure smooth floor service by serving guest in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Spanish Cuisine is an added plus!
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Minimally lvl 1)

Join our dynamic team where we are seeking passionate individuals who share our dedication to exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence. Working Hours: fixed 2 days off, 5 day work week, 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve tapas, drinks, and desserts in a timely manner

• Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests

• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to service standards

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or feedback

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in line with hygiene standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory

• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Knowledge of food safety and basic hygiene standards

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop plans to source potential business and collaboration opportunities that improves guest experience and drive revenue
• Assist the Restaurant Manager create a cohesive restaurant environment
• Assist in setting business goals for the restaurant to manage expenses while also achieving revenue target during P&L
• Collaborating with the management and HQ teams to develop the brand and business
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, as well as the management of service and bar team members
• Provide leadership and clear direction for the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operation through mentorship, professional guidance and on-the-job training
• Maintain trust and support with team members at all levels to promote a positive work culture, promptly resolving any potential conflicts within the team
• Champion health and safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring that operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations

• Warmly welcomes all incoming customers, checks-in their reservation, and escorts them to their assigned table
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Make menu recommendations to guest with extensive menu knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the restaurant's ambiance and cleanliness
• Provides the team with a roll-up of reservations prior to each shift; Informs Management of any large parties, special reservation notes and/or VIP customers

Qualifications:

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Consistent track record of employment in hospitality-related leadership role
• Strong business and people acumen including strategic planning, operation management, talent management
• Unwavering passion in delivering the best possible experience to all who comes through our doors
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and/or experience in a tapas or Mediterranean restaurant is a plus

• Has experience with reservation system: Sevenrooms, ATLAS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
