 Job Description: Senior Project Executive

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with external stakeholders and contractors to support smooth execution and timely completion of projects.

• Ensure project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales, and IT teams, to align project requirements and delivery.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all PM checklist items are completed for each store.

• Manage and rectify defects in newly completed works.

Design and sample Compliance

• Review and cross-check all franchisee and contractor drawings, mock ups, and samples to ensure alignment with design guidelines and brand standards.

• Organize design guideline briefing session for all new contractors

Task & Deadline Management

• Work under tight deadlines to meet specific project timelines.

• Update project task lists and trackers regularly for all assigned projects, and proactively highlight potential risks, delays, or red flags to the Regional Project Manager.

• Complete any tasks assigned by the Regional Project Manager efficiently and promptly.

Financial Oversight

• Verify claims and payments for contractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.

Liaison Role

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and contractors/vendors to resolve project and facilities-related issues, including payments.

Vendor Management

• Assist in managing vendors to ensure quality service, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

Store Openings

• Ensure that new and future store fittings and franchise items are properly organized and prepared for openings.

Ad-hoc Duties

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in project management, architecture or related field

• Minimally 5 years’ experience in project management / Architecture / Interior Design field

Responsibilities

• Review & propose best-practices and enforce IT methodologies & protocols to ensure highest quality of services provided to end users and partners

• Oversee IT support services to ensure issues are quickly responded, escalated and resolved in compliance with IT protocols

Job Summary:

Facilitate learning and development trainings and initiatives that enable employees at all levels to develop relevant competencies that allow them to perform their roles to the standards required at Bacha Coffee. Primary Relationships:

The position reports to the Senior Brand Experience Trainer.

Within the organization, this position has a primary relationship with the Human Resources, Operations, Corporate Sales and Corporate Communications departments in Singapore. The position has a secondary relationship with the General Managers, Trainers, Operations Managers and HR teams at Bacha Coffee subsidiary and franchise offices outside of Singapore. Job Description:

• Follow instructions and guidance from Senior Brand Experience Trainer with regards to all learning and development or training issues at Bacha Coffee
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate all relevant workshops and initiatives included in the Bacha Coffee learning and development curriculum to a professional standard (as laid out in the relevant Bacha Coffee facilitator guides)
• Proactively gather feedback from the Senior Brand Experience Trainer regarding your ability to facilitate to the Bacha Coffee standards
• Ensure that training offered to Corporate Sales partners is facilitated to the same standard as those offered at the Coffee Institute
• Able to multitask, prioritize and execute all learning and development duties in Singapore (Coffee Institute & Corporate Partners)
• Ensure that all competencies developed during Bacha Coffee training sessions (brand experience / selling / serving / managing / supervising / barman experience etc.) are checked using the correct evaluation tool
• Monitor the standards of training that is facilitated or delivered in all areas of operations – redirect or coach any individual who does not maintain the Bacha Coffee facilitating standards
• Ask for assistance with any areas of your role where you are not confident and/or do not have the required level of competence to complete the task successfully
• Suggest new topics or ideas for training that will support the operation and ensure that the learning and development opportunities offered will support employees in all stages of their journey
• Maintain active and high-level communication with all employees in the business – regularly visit the employees in their workspace to ensure that they feel supported and listened to – share regular feedback with the Senior Brand Experience Trainer
• Assist the Senior Brand Experience Trainer in establishing and maintaining an efficient and effective system that records all learning and development activities
• Ensure that individual feedback is recorded for all learning and development initiatives that happen at Bacha Coffee
• Assess learning needs and adapts the facilitation approach to reflect desired learning outcomes and learner needs.
• Responsible for knowledge and skills transfer by delivering learning content, facilitating group discussions and responding to queries

• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommends improvement areas by collecting learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materials

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Trainer Certification e.g., ACTA, ACLP
• Experience in the F&B and Retail industry, ideally experience in the luxury goods industry
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in the F&B/Retail/Learning and Development in a corporate environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in public speaking
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct and follow structured training programs

Job Summary

This position supports both global and local platforms and involves the implementation of digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across all of Bacha Coffee’s online marketplaces globally.

The objectives include driving net sales while maintaining luxury market positioning. This role requires understanding of online marketplace platforms, branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and knowledge of online luxury retail and digital platforms.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position will assist with the conception of campaigns, and management of online marketplaces, and has primary working relationships with the Design, Public Relations, Marketing, Social, Operations, Finance, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar roles within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (enablers, advertising etc.) as well as partners (franchisees and subsidiaries) and customers from online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Work closely with marketplace agencies to drive sales performance, content optimisation, and advertising efficiency across Amazon, Lazada, and Tmall stores.

• Set clear KPIs for third parties and agencies, monitor agency performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, reports, and optimisations.

• Provide strategic direction to agencies based on business priorities and market insights.

• Manage and optimise marketplace storefronts to drive brand storytelling and product discover

Sales & Performance Growth

• Monitor daily and weekly marketplace performance (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI) and analyse data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance.

• Plan and manage marketplace advertising strategies, including campaign structure, targeting, and budgets, while monitoring ROAS and optimising performance across all platforms.

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image, across multiple marketplace platforms.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, Public Relations, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.

• Manage project timelines of each marketplace campaign and new marketplace launches

• Ensuring marketing standards in each marketplace are adhered to and that marketing/design guidelines are respected by partners and marketplaces

Operations

• Support end-to-end inventory planning, including stock forecasting, placing replenishment orders, and coordinating closely with the Operations/Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and healthy stock levels across all marketplaces

• Manage safety stock levels for peak sale periods (11.11, 12.12, Prime Day, etc.) to avoid OOS and overselling.

• Assist in shipment tracking to ensure flow in self-run marketplaces

• Conduct regular stock reconciliations between marketplace portals and internal systems to ensure accurate listings and availability. Stay updated, and sharing market trends, best practices and innovations, proposing ideas and initiatives and new marketplace potentials

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field

• At least 3 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.

• Exposure to inventory management, forecasting, and fulfilment coordination.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English. Proficiency in a second language is preferred.

• To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager supports the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and executing luxury lifestyle & F&B retail marketing, PR activations, social media content creation and campaigns with the objective of driving sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury marketing position. This role requires an understanding of retail and digital marketing; public relations; social media management; programmatic & social advertising; and SEO.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to Marketing Manager.

• Coordinate with Marketing Manager on an annual marketing calendar and translate this vision into a coherent strategy which can be implemented in the local market as well as overseas markets.
• Implement and execute marketing campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public.
• Collaborate with relevant team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and develop tactics to reach and engage them effectively.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media advertising, email marketing and content marketing. Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, including data collection, report preparation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans that is aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image.
• Copywrite, edit and proof-read marketing materials in both English and/or Mandarin.
• Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables.
• Manage relationships with mall management team to work towards having more visibility for the brand through branding and advertising opportunities, act as the brand’s representative and point-of-contact and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand’s image and positioning.Branding and advertising opportunities can include negotiations for complimentary physical and digital advertisement spaces/ directional signages/ visual merchandising units/social media features or even through selected events.
• Assist to strategise and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords, franchisees and subsidiaries around the world.
• Coordinate production of branded materials and ensure consistent articulation of the brand’s desired luxury image and positioning across the brand’s advertising, print and electronic materials through marketing assets and strategic placement within vicinity of brand presence through the use of way-finders, lightboxes, posters, landlord’s website etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities. Analyse market data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience in the luxury retail industry would be a plus.
• Written and spoken native fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
• Proficient but not limited to MS Office, Meta & Google business management platforms, Knowledge of Google AdWords, social media management platforms, e-mail marketing and etc.
• Familiarity with social media (management tools, software and knowledge of social media tracking) is advisable.
• Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve.
