Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support sales team in pre-sales activities, including site surveys, technical consultations, and solution presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate smart home and security solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, and solution documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings for clients.
Solution Design & Technical Support
- Design and configure smart home systems including CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, and home automation systems.
- Provide technical input for system architecture and equipment selection.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system handover where required.
Project & Installation Support
- Work closely with project and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide technical guidance during installation and troubleshooting.
- Assist in system testing, integration, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in smart home systems, CCTV, access control, intercom, or security systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking, IP systems, and system integration.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to support both technical and sales functions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
