Data Analyst with knowledge and experience working with PathFin.ai FinTech product.

Building and maintaining comprehensive data analytics capabilities for the PathFin.ai programme to generate actionable insights

Developing analytics frameworks to track participant engagement, AI adoption trends, and programme effectiveness metrics

Creating interactive dashboards for programme monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and strategic decision-making

Identifying potential leads and opportunities for programme expansion based on data analysis

Generating automated reports on platform usage patterns, event attendance, and knowledge contribution rates

Providing data-driven recommendations to support programme growth, participant satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Precisely, we need the AI Engineering who can work on

• Creating AI Model (PathFin.ai preferable product or similar FinTech product) to generate insights.
• Building Dashboards using these insights.
• Drive recommendations for decision support systems.

Key Skills: PowerBI - Dashboards and Reports / SQL / Python (Advanced analytics OR automation) and Some knowledge or Understanding of Financial Domain.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs

Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes

Creating DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis

Ensuring compliance with best practices

Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports

Required Power BI developer requirements, qualifications & skills:

Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation

Understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts

Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction

Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations

Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
