Account Receivable

• Handling of phone calls and email queries.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing mails as well as arranging couriers.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Chasing of debts from debtors.
• Closely monitor outstanding debtors’ account via regular phone calls, frequent communications with Operation Team to cover long overdue debts.
• Ensure all receipt and transaction entry accurately recorded into company accounting system.
• Assist in monthly closing
• Perform accounts receivables duties including issue invoice and debit/credit note.
• Liaise with Operations team on obtaining and ensuring completeness of supporting documents for billing purposes.

Account Payable

• Data entry and filing of documents.
• Handle general enquiries and administrative works.
• Handle basic account duties.
• Ensure all transaction entry accurately recorded into company accounting system.
• Handle of enquiries of payment from creditors.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and Management.

Requirements:

• Must possess basic accounting knowledge.
• Meticulous, able to work within stipulated deadline.
• Available Immediate or on short notice.
• Proficient of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently, willing to learn
• Able to communicate with customers and suppliers through email or phone
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Candidate must be able to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Planning and order material
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on the construction site.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, costs, and any issues or delays.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and challenges.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good team player and problem solver.
• Excellent in communication skills.
