Job Summary
Oversee the planning, design, installation, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes, budgets, and timelines from design through commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to meet project specifications and regulatory codes
• Manage installation processes of MEP systems to ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated construction solutions
• Oversee project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control for MEP systems
• Conduct design management to align engineering plans with client requirements and construction standards
• Supervise construction management tasks to ensure safe and efficient execution of MEP installations
• Complete projects from initial design stage through testing, commissioning, and final handover for critical infrastructure projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
• 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center or semiconductor construction.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple phases and geographies.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience in design-and-build project environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings and produce professional documentation.
• Open to relocation within Southeast Asia based on project requirements
