Mission Context: Data Framework Project

The Data Frameworkprovides a central data store for all the Front Office Orders, RFQs,Transactions and Collateral information.  It also provides Market Datasourcing, Data distribution, client, instrument and referential data and isdriven by an electronic Data Dictionary application : Collibra. It acts as asource of data for different regulatory reportings (MIFID 2, SFTR, MAR,etc).

The Data Frameworkteam is looking for a development expert on big data technologies to evolve theplatform to ingest market data, RFQ (Cross Asset) and distribute data via APIs.The project milestones are ambitious and challenging. The position is idealfor someone with a strong interest in data processing and data science.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, traders, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver trading solutions
• Implement and optimize trade capture, validation, and enrichment workflows
• Integrate with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., market data, risk, settlement) via APIs and messaging protocols
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and accuracy of trade booking processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues related to trade lifecycle events
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture
• Maintain technical documentation and support user training as needed

Qualifications and Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, preferably in financial services or capital markets
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with trade booking systems, financial instruments, and trade lifecycle concepts
• Experience integrating with APIs, FIX, or messaging systems (e.g., MQ, Kafka) is a plus
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Jira or other issue tracking system.

About the Role

Work with Run Team on ensuring that S2I system for non-production (DEV, INT, SIM, UAT, etc) are available and functional.

Responsibilities

• Work on incident management for environment and deployment issues.
• The candidate should also have a solid experience in Software Deployment Lifecycle using Jenkins, GitLab and XL Deploy/Release pipeline covering both design and implementation.
